Tsuzuku's aunt needs his help recovering! Haruka is struggling with a really bad cold, and her loving nephew was sent over by his mother to drop off some sickness-appropriate snacks: namely, some jelly and rice porridge. This is clearly going to be a nice, innocent feel-good story of a young man taking initiative and helping his lovely aunt as best he can...
Oh.
Well, it turns out, Haruka needs help putting in a suppository. The relatively thick pill needs to go as far up her ass as Tsuzuku can get it! His fingers aren't all that long, so he'll have to get his hand swallowed if he wants to do the right thing and help his aunt.
Okay, enough of the innocence shtick: Tsuzuku is so fucking horny for butthole, and his AILF (aunt I'd like to fuck) is clearly just as into it as he is. She lovingly moans and squirms as he pushes the suppository in, then, upon realizing that her sweet little nephew came from that alone, shows him a video of her doing some buttstuff-related pornography. Did the drug finally kick in? ♡" Apparently it's a mother's job to take care of her son, and Haruka is getting tired of being Tsuzuku's only partner...
Was it Sexy?
Sort of. There were aspects of it I personally enjoy, but for the most part, I just appreciate how Haruka's genitals and anus were drawn. They look soft and that's my personal preference for highly-inaccurate fictional pornography.
Favorite Parts?
I like inflation and desperation, so it would have been the jelly packet enema. Sadly they seem to gloss over that bit. Still, the times she spreads herself open were... also enjoyable.
What could be improved?
I don't have much of a critique for this h manga. It serves its purpose, the genitals and breasts are drawn well, and it's an easy-to-follow story. Maybe Tsuzuku's penis could have been drawn better, but that's more of a personal nitpick.
Would I recommend it?
Definitely! Especially for people into incest and anal (that's not as weirdly specific as some of you might think; have you ever gone on pornhub?).
